Hospitality and care buyers were being asked to choose between two bad options: premium linen priced for flagship hotels, or commodity stock that looked fine on a spreadsheet and tired on a bed.
Nobody was making properly — to order, to spec, in the UK — at a standard both a guest and a procurement manager could respect. So we built the company we couldn’t find.
Making to order isn’t a constraint we tolerate — it’s the point. It means no warehouse of compromises, no “close enough” sizing, and no minimum order invented to suit a container.
It means the linen on your beds was made because you asked for it, to the spec you asked for.
